Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other. With 24 years of learning as a Mathematics teacher, Administrator and Vice Principal, our founder Mrs.V.Vijaya laid the foundation for Rkidz in 2012 as a Play school, now transformed into The Rajavva Academy (Nursery and Primary School) in 2020. As a proud daughter of a freedom fighter Mr.A.Venkatasamy from Maharajapuram , a small village in Virudhunagar district of South Tamil Nadu, she graduated in Bachelor of Sciences (Mathematics) from VV Vanniaperumal College for Women. What started as a teenage passion, soon turned out to be her life’s profession. Although the vision was to enlighten students across, bringing quality education was always the hidden mission. Two decades later, this hidden dream has become a reality – The Rajavva Academy.

Correspondent
Hailing from Rajapalayam, a place famous for its cotton milling situated in Virudhunagar at the south of Tamil Nadu, our Correspondent Mr.A.Vijayakumar voluntarily joined The Indian Army at the age of 18. He served our country for the next 18 years as Havildar putting himself in the line of fire time and again supporting his friends from the armed forces all over India. He is an undaunted war veteran of the famous Kargil war(1999) who has also involved in the 1987 Sino – Indian war and the 1984 Blue Star Operation of Amritsar – Golden Temple. After his retirement, he continued to support our founder as both correspondent and life partner paving the way for The Rajavva Academy.
V. Alagirisamy B.Com, B.L, Ex MP
Legal Advisor
A Senior advocate who has led over 1500 cases as counsel and a former Member of Parliament, Mr.V. Alagirisamy is our legal advisor. He graduated from Central Law College, Salem and has an experience of over 25 years. Notably, he has counselled more than 800 cases as Pro bono in his career. He is also a leading legal advisor for several companies including Namakal Transport Corporation, Ram Mohan Spinning mills, Vivek fine arts etc
